Derived from Hebrew IZAM stands for entrepreneurship

In 2018 Izchak Prajs and Amit Shumowitz founded IZAM with the purpose of 

re-developing old industrial space in the south of Tel -Aviv to the co-working space with over 60  local artists that it is today. 

This focus of upcoming areas is up to date a key driving factor  of the IZAM group and its residential and commercial projects, creating superior returns and strategies to all involved.  

We see our selves as an "out of the box" property company with an creative approach towards the market.
